Step 1 — Register and verify email

  1. Open https://sp-dev.fly.dev/accounts/register/ and create a new account.
  2. Check Mailpit for the verification email.
  3. Open the verify link — page shows Confirm my email (does not auto-verify).
  4. Click Confirm my email — account becomes verified.
You're done when

Step 2 — Complete application wizard

  1. Open https://sp-dev.fly.dev/applications/paralegal/apply/
  2. Complete steps 1–4 including Program & funding → Self pay.
  3. Upload a personal statement PDF on step 5; refresh the page — file remains.
  4. Tick both acknowledgement boxes before Continue enables.
  5. Phone field shows hint: 10-digit US number.
You're done when

Step 3 — Pay $40 application fee

  1. On step 5 with both boxes ticked, proceed to payment.
  2. Payment offers card only (no Affirm/Klarna).
  3. Pay with 4242 4242 4242 4242.
  4. Confirmation page shows reference number.
You're done when

Optional appendix — Declined card

  1. Start a new application or use a fresh test account.
  2. Attempt payment with decline card 4000 0000 0000 0002.
