Act: Do not expect a new “section is full” or “already enrolled” message from this page. Those blocks stay on the existing section rules.
Navigate: Superuser → https://sp-dev.fly.dev/admin/courses/section/` → open the self-paced PLG-LRW-201 section (start date Jan 1, 2026)
Act: Set Enrollment end to a date before today and save. As the applicant, click Add on that row.
Navigate: Superuser → https://sp-dev.fly.dev/admin/applications/application/` → open that reference number
Act: Set Status from Accepted to Under Review and save. Log in as the applicant and open select sections.


You're done when
Given enrollment is open, When the learner selects sections they are eligible for, Then only those eligible sections are chosen.
The page says You may go on to select sections. Choose the sections you are eligible for. That row’s button is Remove. The Sep 1, 2026 row is not chosen. My Enrollments (https://sp-dev.fly.dev/accounts/enrollments/) still says You do not have any section enrollments yet. Payments (https://sp-dev.fly.dev/accounts/payments/) does not gain a new order from the add. Optional staff check: https://sp-dev.fly.dev/admin/enrollment/cartitem/ has a line for that section, and https://sp-dev.fly.dev/admin/enrollment/enrollment/ has no new enrollment for this learner.
The row already shows Enrollment is not open for this section. After Add, an alert repeats that reason. The row stays on Add, not Remove. The Jan 1 row, if already chosen, stays chosen.
The page says Your enrollment stays closed until your application is accepted and your payer is confirmed. There is no section list and no Add button. My Applications does not offer select sections until the payer is confirmed on an accepted application.
Each eligible row you added shows Remove at the same time. No new enrollment and no new payment order appear. If only one row can be added, this case is not fully exercised.
The button returns to Add. My Enrollments is still empty of section enrollments. Payments does not gain an order.
