Step 1 — See what is owed before paying (Priority: P1)

Navigate: Log in as applicant@example.com / TestPass123! → https://sp-dev.fly.dev/accounts/applications/select-sections/`
Act: On Legal Research & Writing with start date Jan 1, 2026, click Add. Then click Review cart.

Act: Click Add on the Sep 1, 2026 row, then Review cart.
Navigate: Review cart, or https://sp-dev.fly.dev/accounts/applications/checkout/`
Act: Open the page.
Navigate: Select sections, then checkout again
Act: Click Remove on the chosen row. Open Review cart again. Add the same row and open Review cart once more.

Act: Reload the page.

You're done when
Given selected sections, When the learner reviews them, Then they see each section and the amount due before any card is entered.
Checkout heading is Review your cart. One line shows course code PLG-LRW-201, title Legal Research & Writing, and $649.00. Total: $649.00. The words Continue to payment are on the page. There is no card number field. My Enrollments still says you do not have any section enrollments yet. Payments does not gain an order from this review.
Two lines. One amount is $649.00 and the other is $100.00. Total: $749.00. No card field.
The page says Nothing is owed. Select sections before you continue to payment. There is no line and no Continue to payment.
After remove, checkout says nothing is owed and Continue to payment is gone. After add, the $649.00 line and total are back. No new enrollment and no new payment order.
The section is still listed. Its amount is $0.00 (or $0). The total includes that zero. If a second line is $100.00, the total is $100.00. Put Price at add back to 649.00 when you are finished if you still need the priced line.
