What you're proving

Enrollment Admin can drop an enrollment from the learner profile with reason and note, release seats, show refund amounts when the schedule defines one (not editable), and the learner sees the same outcome on My Enrollments.

Step 1 — Open profile and drop form

  1. Sign in as Enrollment Admin → open Ada Nguyen (search Nguyen)
  2. Confirm Open Contracts Enrolled and Held Ethics Awaiting payment with Drop
  3. On Open Contracts, click Drop — title Drop enrollment, reason and note fields present
You're done when

Step 2 — Drop enrolled section and release seat

  1. Drop Open Contracts — Reason Schedule conflict, Note UAT drop → Confirm
  2. Row shows Dropped; Drop removed
  3. Search Open Contracts under Start an enrollment → Details — seats increase (e.g. 5 of 5)
You're done when

Step 3 — Drop awaiting payment (no refund line)

  1. Re-run staff-assisted Seed now if Held Ethics is not Awaiting payment
  2. Drop Held Ethics — no refund amount on form → confirm with reason and note
  3. Row Dropped; Pay gone; seats on Held Ethics return
You're done when

Step 4 — Paid drop shows schedule refund amount

  1. Open Refund Calc (search Calc)
  2. Drop Refund tier — 90 percent minus service charge (or similar Enrolled paid row)
  3. Form shows Refund amount (e.g. 335.00) — not editable → confirm
  4. Profile shows Dropped with same amount
You're done when

Step 5 — Learner My Enrollments matches staff

  1. Log out. Sign in as Ada Nguyen or Refund Calc (who you dropped for)
  2. Open My Enrollments — https://lsuoce-development.fly.dev/accounts/enrollments/
  3. Confirm dropped rows show Dropped (and refund text when applicable)
