What you're proving

A program administrator can stand up a new certificate program end to end — create a reusable course, create the certificate, define requirements, set eligibility, and publish — without developer help or Django admin.

Use a unique certificate name (e.g. UAT Certificate — Paralegal Add-on) so you do not overwrite the seeded Paralegal program.

Step 1 — Open the catalog workspace

  1. After signing in, open Catalog: https://lsuoce-development.fly.dev/dashboard/catalog/
  2. Confirm you see two tiles: Certificates and Courses — not a table or tab row.
You're done when

You're done when

  4. Click Save draft
  5. Confirm you land on Edit certificate with stacked cards: Certificate context, Courses, Version history, Path review, Publish
You're done when

Step 4 — Attach your course as required

  1. On the certificate edit page, in the Courses card, click Add course under Required courses
  2. In the picker (Add to required), search for the course you created in Step 2 and add it
  3. Confirm the course appears under Required courses — not in an elective group
You're done when

Step 6 — Set eligibility and GPA

  1. Scroll to the Certificate context card (top of the page)

You're done when

  3. Click Publish

You're done when
